今天回外公家拿一些東西
拿了一張外公的大頭照和他的菸斗
還有幾本文藝春秋
大約是下午六點半左右
外公家已經沒有人了
原本只有外公外婆住的房子
現在穿著鞋子也能踏進那個家

外公家是老房子
四層樓約有十多戶連再一起
隔音不良我聽得到隔壁和樓下的住戶的聲音
小時候我常去住外公家
一方面是我姐愛揍我爸媽要做生意沒得分新只好讓我去駐外公家
另一方面我想我自己也喜歡去外公家
那時除了外公外婆還有舅舅和阿姨
幼稚園時有陣子我下課是直接回外公家的
今天下午在房子裡聽到的鄰居的喧囂聲讓我想起小時候的事
外公外婆過世我都沒有哭只有些遺憾的事

【連線報導】為落實性交易除罪化，行政院將授權地方政府設性工作專區（俗稱紅燈區），但全台昨已有20個縣市表明反對設立，僅新北市和雲林縣未表態。內政部官員昨直言，若年底前新法上路後仍未有性工作專區，會依法對娼嫖一律開罰。政院設性工作專區政策形同空包彈，婦團怒批「政院偽善，沒有專區還要娼嫖都罰，等同全台禁娼」，違反性交易除罪化共識。
行政院前天拍板定案，授權地方政府設性工作專區，因大法官釋憲指《社會秩序維護法》有關性交易罰娼不罰嫖規定有違公平原則，該規定將於11月6日失效，修正草案須趕在此日之前上路。

專區外交易娼嫖都罰
據內政部規劃，未來專區內性交易場所、性工作者都須登記並取得執照，在專區外性交易，娼嫖統統都得罰。
內政部法規委員會參事兼執行祕書劉文仕表示，像我國這樣設計「還沒看到其他國家有類似作法」，荷蘭紅燈區專區內多數都是性工作場所、且對專區外性交易是否處罰也沒特別規定。新法上路之初，可能不會這麼快就有性工作專區，這段期間娼、嫖一律開罰，因嫖客成本提高，性交易會少很多。內政部也表示，現如果有縣市說要設，「反彈聲浪可能比國光石化還多」，中央只是先訂法源，就算無縣市願設，也會尊重地方意見。
《蘋果》昨詢問全台22個縣市首長，僅新北市和雲林縣未表態，其餘縣市均反對。台北市長郝龍斌昨說，北市地狹人稠，沒有適合地點，因此不做任何考量。高雄市長陳菊表示，性交易專區無論設在哪個行政區，民眾的接納度都不高。南投縣長李朝卿說，南投縣民風純樸，絕不會設紅燈區。台東縣長黃健庭甚至說，反對理由是因色情產業會污染環境。

社團：形同全台禁娼
雖雲林縣尚未決定，但縣長蘇治芬昨說，性產業一直存在，沒必要避談，但中央如沒配套，只是宣示性將權限下放給地方，縣市政府還是做不來。新北市副市長侯友宜則表示，須站在民眾安全與人權保障上，進行全盤思考，待評估後會再對民眾說明。
長期關懷性工作者權益的日日春關懷互助會祕書長王芳萍表示，因政院修法不負責任，將權責推給地方，才會造成20個縣市表態拒絕設立專區的情形，婦團希望除罪化，政院卻說就算沒有專區、還是要罰娼罰嫖，那就等同全台禁娼，簡直是偽善，為選舉考量做出的政策決定。
人權律師、九大聯合律師事務所律師張菊芳則表示，政府希望設專區讓性工作除罪化，但各縣市首長考量民意或選票，不會貿然設專區，現在20個縣市都拒絕設專區，等同讓這個修法形同空包彈，無法達成目標；如果真要達成除罪化，就應專區內外都是娼嫖皆不罰。
現代婦女基金會祕書長簡至潔表示，2009年大法官解釋就是認為只罰娼不罰嫖不公平，婦團多年努力爭取性交易除罪化，行政院設專區，專區外娼嫖都罰，違反大法官解釋及婦團共識。中央大學性別研究室講座教授何春蕤建議，各縣市性工作專區應就地合法化，不需另行設置，專區內外娼嫖都不應開罰。

「嫖妓不是殺人放火」
在雜誌社工作的民眾王先生痛批行政院不負責任，「沒有地方政府敢玩啦！設專區根本是看得到吃不到，虛應故事而已。」
從事金融服務業的嫖客陳先生說：「為什麼做同一件事，在專區內合法、專區外卻非法，嫖妓又不是殺人放火，工作苦悶需發洩，不是每個人都像總統馬英九跑跑步、沖個冷水澡就可解決。」
《蘋果》昨語音民調顯示，有53.23%受訪者反對設立性交易專區，認為會敗壞風氣，擔心治安；但有37.81%民眾支持設立，認為可促進經濟。
婦團表示，粗估台灣性產業產值至少上兆元，性產業不僅性交易、還有媒介、廣告等相關利益龐大。警政署統計全台合法公娼，包括台中市、桃園縣、宜蘭縣、澎湖縣及台南市等5縣市，共11家、45名合法娼妓。警政署昨表示，性交易專區常衍生人口販賣、組織犯罪等問題，將視各地專區規劃擬定對策。

性交易專區規劃
◎地方政府可在都市計劃區或非都市土地的遊憩用地（如鄉鎮市的旅館、飯店用地）設立性工作專區。
◎性工作者須登記並申請執業執照，專區內性交易場所也須申請許可執照。性交易必須在合法專區、合法場所及由有執照性工作者進行，3要件同時符合時，娼嫖才可免罰；專區以外的性交易，娼嫖都罰。
◎性工作者不得刊登廣告，也不得於公共場所拉客。
◎課稅問題將依未來各地自治條例規定，若當地將性工作設為營業項目，就得課稅。
◎由於大法官釋憲後，「罰娼不罰嫖」今年11月6日失效，修正草案須趕在此日前上路，內政部規劃下月底前將草案送往行政院審議，行政院核准後經立院三讀生效。

預料之外的好看
看過預告後以為是一部好看的驚悚片
原來驚悚的部分都在預告裡了

但內容扎實穩扎穩打不是驚悚片也照樣給我好看
jane eyre是個正直又善良但有點固執又太理性的好女孩兒啊

看完這部片子我能瞭解為什麼這會是本優良讀物了
但我是大人我懂得jane eyre不是假惺惺的正直
也不是那種正直和善良會回來的正直
而是發自內心、靈魂、精神層面出於自重的真正正直
從今天起我也要當個正直的人雖然古板但好帥

p.s.最後我差點哭出來

今天到淳久堂去
想去買本ku：nel 來看看
但找了半天找不到

然後發現一車子50元起跳的過期雜誌
看到這本rockin'on 封面是oasis
印刷和照片都不錯而且排版也是我喜歡的類型
就拿了一本

girls in a daydream nation.

我也想排這種稿子
但台灣或許沒這麼大的音樂市場
也或許沒這樣的編輯
或是說有這樣能力的人也不會願意來當編輯
當個有名氣的部落客還實在點
反正接外稿寫字一樣是賺錢還不用忍受截稿的痛苦

另一本買的是 papyrus

排版也不錯而且這期好像都是關於太宰治
可惜我不會日文哎哎
